What is included with EVERY glass purchase?

Every glass(including custom) will come with a glass tube and glass bowl.They will also be packaged and wrapped in a black dust bag and box with a Med Lounge Authenticity card!

What is the Protective Rubber Base option?

Accepted Answer

You have the option to add 100% warranty with our Rubber Dipped Base for an extra 10 bucks! The color options are Black and Clear, and every bong has this option. The triple layered rubber coating protects against scratches and adds an extra strong exterior to protect against breaking!  If something still happens to your glass and it still breaks, we will do a 100% refund of your order.

What is the design process? How long will it take?

We always put 100% effort into making every dream bong! After you purchase the "Design Glass", submit the design form on the "Design" page, we will be in touch within 24 hours and you will confirm your design. It will then take only 1-2 days to create and process as all glass are handmade to order. If you decide you are not satisfied with your design before it is made, you can cancel for a full refund.

What designs can I create on my bong? How about photos?

Designing a bong is always a great idea because you get the exact bong you picture in your mind! We will be intouch about your final design for you to confirm. 
 
We can not place a permanent photograph on a bong and for that reason no photographs. 
 
However we can do almost all small images, icons, logos, badges, teams, names, symbols, and quotes. We can also do almost any colors/shades for your design.

Will I get an order confirmation and tracking?

What if my glass breaks or cracks?

We understand things happen. If you purchased the Rubber Base Option(comes with warranty) for your glass and it still breaks, send us a photo, and we will do a 100% refund or exchange! We also have a 17 day breakage policy, where you can send us a photo of the broken item and we will gladly do a 50% refund back of the order total. Send us an email to medloungeofficial@gmail.com with your order information and photo.

What is the return policy?

The Rubber Protective Base option includes a 100% refund or exchange warranty if it still were to break. Send us a photo of the broken bong via @medloungeofficial@gmail.com
 
Med Lounge also offers all customers a 17 day breakage policy, where you can send in a photo of your broken item and we can do a 50% refund back of your order total. All issues after the 17 day policy are subject to customer support decisions. Please contact medloungeofficial@gmail.com.
 
For all Health and Merch purchases, we do not issue returns do to health safety unless the order was defected. Please contact medloungeofficial@gmail.com

How long is shipping and how much does it cost?

USPS First Class Domestic mail takes only 3-5 business days from ship date.
USPS Priority Domestic mail takes even less, only 2-3 days from ship date.
Any International orders can take anywhere from 7-15 business days from ship date.
 
Shipping is based on price to make it fair for our customers, for example, we wont charge you $10 for just a small $10 order. So you pay shipping based on your order.
 
Shipping ranges from only 5.99 to 12.99 for USPS First Class and 8.99-19.99 for Priority. Again, depending on the volume of your purchase. 
 
Always allow 1-2 days processing as most of our products are made to order.

How will the glass be packaged/delivered? Discreet?

All Med Lounge products will be double boxed to ensure our customers privacy. The outer box will always be a plain shipping box or priority mail box with the beautiful Med Lounge packaging inside!
