We also offer customers who dont purchase the rubber base a 17 day breakage policy where they can submit a photo of their broken glass to our email (medloungeofficial@gmail.com) and we will gladly issue a 50% refund of the order total. Anything past 17 days is subject to an administrative decision, please submit the issue through our email or contact form.

Allow 1-2 days for orders to process due to glass being "made to order". Shipping takes 2-5 days for first class or 1-3 days for priority shipping.
